I had to bring in my husbands car for service and was pleasantly suprised by the customer service I received. I called to say that I was going to be late and they said don't worry, just come on it. I got there and was told that the 3 issues that I needed fixed would take about 1 1/2 hours. I was ready for the wait with a book and blackberry.
On top of being friendly and having comfortable seating areas, they also had free refreshments for those waiting and an assortment of magazines, newspapers and 4 computers to use. I got out of there in about an hour and they even washed the car for me.
Great customer service, I appreciate that!

Thanks so much to Danny Yerkanyan for helping me get my brand new GLK 2012. I shopped for 2 weeks all over Los Angeles and Danny was by far the one who went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my new car!

I am writing about the exceptional service I received from Bryan Lipps today when my Mercedes was disabled.--Not only did he call me in a short amount of time after Mercedes roadside assistance contacted your dealership, but he gave me an estimated time of arrival and was actually early. He knew right away that the problem I had starting my car was the keyes, not the battery. He gave me good advice suggesting that my husband bring me the other key -coming all the way from the Southbay an hour or more away-, before I consider towing to Keyes. Luckily my husband was home and brought me the spare key which started up the car right away. What impressed me so much about Bryan is that he called me once on my cell to see if my husband had arrived -a call which I did not hear and therefore did not pick up-, but he called me again shortly thereafter to make sure my husband arrived and I was able to start my car. He had assured me beforehand that should the second key not work, I could call him and he would send a tow truck.----Today was quite stressful for me, as my daughter-in-law was having surgery and I was in charge of picking up the children from school. Not only was I worried about her, but the thought of being unable to pick up the children was quite stressful. I had no one to call and had considered calling a cab if necessary. Needless to say, Bryan-s calm and reassuring demeanor was so appreciated.----Thank you so much for caring enough to employ Bryan Lipps. When roadside assistance is needed, someone like Bryan truly makes all the difference in the world.

Dear Keyes Mercedes,--Last Friday evening, My mercedes broke down while driving and I was referred to Keyes Mercedes to offer me a replacement vehicle. We received wonderful service and really enjoyed the GLK 350 replacement. So much that I decided to replace my wife-s car with a GLK.
